Habibullah Laskar (Via Video Conference) Mr. Timir Baran Saha ...for the petitioner Contempt is alleged of the order dated December 12, 2019. The alleged contemnor was notified of the order by a communication dated January 11, 2021.

It is submitted that not only has the alleged contemnor failed to comply with the order but has also violated the same by notifying vacancies for MR Distributorship, that was the subject matter of the writ petition.

In those circumstances, let a Rule be issued upon the alleged contemnor as prayed for.

The Rule is made returnable on March 24, 2021.

The petitioner shall put in requisites for the aforesaid purpose in course of the day.
