1. Parties are represented.

2. Compliance report dated 7.11.2025 of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Kolkata filed in Court today by Mr. Datta, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors, is taken on record.

3. In view of the same and according to the submission of the parties, the order of the Court dated 10.12.2024 in WPA 23929 of 2016 has already been complied with.

4. In that view of the matter, the Court finds substantial compliance with the order as above and no further necessity to proceed in this contempt application.

5. The contempt rule being WPCRC 156 of 2025 along with CAN 1 of 2025 are hereby disposed of.

6. The filing of reply of show cause of an explanation by the alleged contemnors is hereby dispensed with.
