It was recorded in that order that from the status report it appears that after August 15, 2024, the petitioner did not report to the Amdanga Police Station as was one of the conditions of bail. Learned Advocate for the petitioner had sought adjournment to obtain better instructions.

Today, learned Advocate for the petitioner says that he has not been able to enter into communication with his client. In fact, in spite of best efforts, he has been unable to contact his client. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to pass any order at this stage for relaxation of conditions of bail. We also put on record the submission made on behalf of the State that the trial is at an advanced stage and is likely to conclude soon. 5.

Further report filed by the State in Court today be kept with the records.

CRAN 2 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
