Noting by Officer or by Advocate Serial No Date Office notes, reports, orders or proceedings with signatures. 4-5 March 16, Upon reading a Petition of Debraj Chatterjee, his affidavit of verification thereof dated 10th February, 2021 and the exhibits and annexures to the said petition and upon hearing Mr. Timir Baran Saha, learned Advocate for the petitioner - IT IS ORDERED that a Rule do issue calling upon the alleged contemnor, namely, Pitar Ranjan Bar, Sub-Divisional Controller (Food & Supplies), Kalna, Purba Burdwan as contained in the Contempt Application being C.P.A.N. 159 of 2021 arising out of W.P.A. No. 24334 of 2015 to show cause why he should not be committed to prison or otherwise penalize or dealt with for having wilful and deliberate violation of the order and judgement dated 12th December, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 24334 (W) of 2015.

The Rule is made returnable on 31st March, 2021.

On the returnable date, IT IS ORDERED that the alleged contemnor, as aforesaid, shall appear personally before this Court at 10.30 a.m. and shall not leave the Court without permission.

Let the Rule be served on the alleged contemnor by the department concerned by a Special Messenger at the cost of the petitioner to be deposited in course of this week.
