The petitioner prays for implementation of the order dated June 6, 2022 passed by the Administrator, Bally Municipality directing the person responsible to remove the unauthorized construction within fifteen days after receipt of the copy of the order.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks adjournment.

Learned advocate representing the Bally Municipality submits that the construction is an absolutely unauthorized one and accordingly the same has been directed to be demolished.

The Court has not been made aware as to whether the order of demolition has been set aside or stayed or modified by any superior forum and, accordingly, the Bally Municipality is duty bound to implement the same.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the Bally Municipality to take necessary consequential steps to implement the order of demolition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
