1. Claiming parity with Sabir Sk, in (Nabidul Hasan Sk & Ors.) CRM (A) 2098 of 2024 on 18th July, 2024 not being opposed on behalf of the State, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

2. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, Kaikobad Mallick @ Kaikobad Mallik and Abdul Ajel Mallick @ Abdur Ajej Mallick, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. It is further directed that the petitioners shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week till the submission of the final report.

3. It is further directed that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagar at Nadia in Signed By :
