Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner applied for an electricity connection to run an agricultural submersible pump over his agricultural land for the purpose of irrigation.

Learned counsel for the respondent/WBSEDCL who appears and states on instruction that they will provide electricity connection on the petitioner's property after compliance of all requisite formalities within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the respondent/WBSEDCL shall remain bound by the statement made before this Court. The respondent is directed to install the electricity connection at the petitioner's premises with in a period of 4 weeks after the petitioner complying with all requisities formalities as required by the respondents.

Petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court, if his grievance is not met within the time prescribed. The present writ petition is disposed of with the above terms.
