Heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim is the sisterin-law of the petitioner. Her husband used to reside abroad. Taking advantage of the situation, she was repeatedly raped by the petitioner. In view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
