Mr. Majumder, learned senior advocate appearing for the Agarpara Jute Mill submits that the copy of the writ petition was never served upon them and the same is necessary as another writ petition has been preferred at the instance of the present petitioners.

Learned advocate appearing for the Agarpara Company Limited also advances similar prayer. Leave is granted to the affected parties to obtain certified copy of the present writ petition. In view of the prayer so advanced, WPA 24960 of 2024 is dismissed as not pressed.
