Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicates all the petitioners. There are statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the neighbours of the victim which implicates the petitioners.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to any of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5201 of 2022 is dismissed.
