1. The petitioner renews his prayer for bail, which was rejected twice earlier on April 19, 2024 and June 27, 2024.

2. There does not appear to be any significant change of circumstance.

3. Although, the petitioner seeks to rely upon a medical report, in our reading, the same is not of the kind that would show definite innocence of the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid and in view of the gravity of the charge and the prima facie incriminating materials against the petitioner, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail at this stage.

5. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.
