Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his construction is being obstructed at the behest of the private respondents.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the petitioner and the private respondents are the brothers and the property is undemarcated.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report.

Petitioner has already approached the learned Executive Magistrate.

Presumably, therefore, the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead.

In view of the aforesaid, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace takes place at the locale or any untoward incident takes place because of the inimical relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24984 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
