Heard learned counsels for the parties.
In an earlier writ petition being WPA 12944 of 2025 filed by and between the parties in the present petition, a co ordinate Bench of this Court, by an order passed on 30th June, 2025, directed the police authorities to ensure that no breach of peace and/or tranquility took place and/or any untoward incident resulted because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.
The primary grievance of the petitioner is that the said order is not complied with by the police authority and the private respondents are continuing to disturb his possession in the property for which the petitioner filed another representation before the police authority on 7th October, 2025.
Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties and as well as the material on record, it appears that the contents of the complaint filed on 7th October, 2025 are similar to the subject matter of the earlier writ petition.
Since the petitioner primarily alleges non compliance of the order of the co ordinate Bench by the police authority, he is at liberty to take necessary steps in accordance with law.
Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present application. The same is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
