Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He submits there is slow progress in the trial of the case since rejection of bail of the petitioner by this Court.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. There are materials implicating the petitioner in the crime. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits earlier. Accused had contributed to the delay in the trial of the case. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
