1. Heard learned Counsels for the petitioners.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the extent and nature of the dispute and involvement of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and there are incriminating materials showing that the petitioners on the promise of giving government job took monies from several persons, even the de facto complainant, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
