Present petitions has been filed challenging the order dated 10th April, 2018 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagar, Nadia.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the revision petition before the learned Sessions Judge of the competent jurisdiction.

Liberty granted.

The time taken in the revision petition shall be executed. 6.

All the contentions are left open. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case.

Learned Sessions Judge shall consider the revision petition independently of the order passed by this Court, expeditiously in accordance with the law.
