Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instruction to withdraw the writ petition and seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the petitioner's grievance.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 24487 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
