Dinda, learned advocate, appearing for the State submits that the writ petition was preferred challenging a notice under Section 41A of the Cr.p.C.

Since the criminal case being Dakshineswar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024 was registered on 23.06.2024 under Section 498A of the IPC, I am of the

view that substantial time has passed in the meantime.

However, the petitioner would, in such circumstances, approach the jurisdictional court for necessary relief(s).

In view of the above, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 25021 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
