Petitioner contends he has been falsely implicated. Forensic report does not show the seized container was used to store inflammatory material.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner had motive to commit the crime. Petitioner had an illicit relationship with co-accused. Her brother-in-law had objected to the relationship. As a result, both the accused entered into a conspiracy and set fire to the house resulting in death of her brother-in-law, his wife and minor child.

In view of the heinous crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to her.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
