1. The matter has appeared in the list for correction of the order dated 25th November, 2025.

2. In the 4th line of the second paragraph of the order dated 25th November, 2025, respondent no. 1 was inadvertently described as West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.

3. Be it recorded that, in the order dated 25th November, 2025 the name of the respondent no. 1 should be read as Central Board of Secondary Education in place and instead of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.

4. The order dated 25th November, 2025 is corrected accordingly. Rest of the order remains unaltered.

5. Department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

6. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
