Having considered the time period, which has elapsed with the passage of time, it is submitted that the petitioner has lost her interest in pursuing the present application.

I have considered the merits of the writ petition and I am of the view that the purpose for which the writ

petition was preferred, the same, at this stage, has lost its force.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20810 of 2010 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
