At the time of call Mr. Chandra, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits on instruction that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter. In support of such submission one letter dated 20th December, 2022 addressed to the learned advocate for the petitioner has been placed before this Court which is taken on record.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
