Mr. Achyut Basu, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner pursuant to the undertaking given before this court, deposited a sum of Rs.25,000/- in connection with Misc. Exe Case No. 101 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

Learned advocate undertakes to pay rest of the dues by clearing the same in five equal installments. The petitioner is accordingly directed to clear all the dues by 1st May, 2023. In view of first part being a sum of Rs.25,000/- already paid, the execution of the warrant of arrest, if any, issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barrackpore in connection with Misc. Exec Case No. 101 of 2021 be stayed till 15th May, 2023 In case if there is any default, the learned Magistrate would invoke the warrant of arrest on 16th may 2023. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 4102 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
