Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the evidence of the case is in progress. Present petitioner is a resident of Bihar.

Accordingly, the earlier condition imposed is modified to the extent that, in case, the petitioner intends to leave the municipal limits of Kolkata, in that case, the petitioner would seek permission from the learned Special Court. Learned Special Court would consider the urgency of the petitioner and thereafter pass necessary orders as he deems fit and proper. So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same would remain unaltered.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
