The order of the Court could not be complied with by the alleged contemnors because there are no documents in support of the claim of the petitioners. Repeated opportunities were given to the petitioners for filing documents in support of their claim. The documents that have been handed over by the petitioners were verified by the authority and their genuinity could not be ascertained.

The Block Development Officer has filed a detailed progress report annexing all documents and

submitted that the petitioners have not produced the relevant documents sought for. In view of the nonproduction of the relevant documents, the claim of the petitioners could not be adjudicated.

The matter was heard on repeated occasions and nothing forthcoming is being placed by the petitioners in support of their claim.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the instant case.

The contempt application stands dismissed.
