Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the directions of bail which was granted on 02.12.2024.

Learned advocate for the State submits that there are no adverse reports so far as the present petitioner is concerned. Accordingly, the conditions imposed while granting bail in the order dated 02.12.2024 is hereby waived. Petitioner would be physically present before the learned Trial Court on each and every date fixed for appearance. Report submitted be kept with the record.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.
