The Municipal Assessment Tribunal, Kolkata Municipal Corporation by a common order disposed of three Municipal Assessment Appeal being Appeal No. M.A.A No. 2362 of 2013, M.A.A No. 2361 of 2013 and M.A.A No. 2363 of 2013.

Two revisional applications being C.O. 95 of 2019 and C.O. 96 of 2019 arising out of M.A.A No. 2362 of 2013 and M.A.A No. 2363 of 2013 respectively have already been disposed of by the Coordinate Bench vide judgment and order dated February 25, 2022.

The present revisional application is arising out of MAA No.2361 of 2013.

In view of the aforesaid judgments and orders, the order impugned so far as it relates to M.A.A No. 2361 of 2013 is set aside and C.O. 3976 of 2018 is allowed with the similar terms, conditions and directions of the judgments and orders passed in C.O. 95 of 2019 and C.O. 96 of 2019.

There shall be no order as to costs.
