Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner and the report submitted by the State are taken on record. None appears for the private respondents despite service.

The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are disturbing his peaceful possession in respect of the property in question.

This Court is informed that a civil suit is pending between the parties with regard to the property. In the event of private respondents are creating disturbance in respect of possession of the petitioner in the property, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned trial Court for redressal of his grievance.

In the meantime, since the petitioner apprehends threat to his life and property and breach of peace, the police authority shall keep strict vigil over the area in order to ensure that no untoward incident takes place and to main peace and tranquility.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
