The petitioner is a senior citizen. Procrastination of the trial is the cause of grievance.

Mrs. Sreyashi Biswas, learned Counsel represented the State, submitted that a necessary order may be passed in this case.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision being CRR 4328 of 2024 stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the hearing and consideration of the charge without delay.
