Mr. Suryaneel Das .......For the Petitioner Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick Mr. Sajal Pandit ........For the State From the report filed by the Respondent No.2 in terms of the order dated 03.12.2021 it is found that the petitioner retired in 2009 and submitted his pension papers after six years that is on 11.08.2015. When the pension papers were processed, some objections were raised and the file was returned back to the school. There is an overdrawal amount of Rs.68,375/- which had been submitted to treasury challan after his retirement. It also appears from the report that the teacher/petitioner did not comply with the objections raised.

Hence, I direct the teacher/petitioner to comply with the objections within a period of three months from date.
