1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased.

3. We have earlier rejected the anticipatory bail application of Sonu Yadav @ Sonu Kumar Yadav in CRM (A) 3625 of 2024.

4. Having regard to the involvement of the petitioner as revealed from the statement of the victim and other independent witnesses under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and also having regard to the post-mortem report which suggests that the death was due to effect of strangulation and the said post-mortem report prima facie corroborates with the statement of various independent witnesses recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
