Petitioner is in custody for 100 days. He submits there was a love affair between the parties. He has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Under the ruse of romance, a minor victim had been trafficked outside the State of West Bengal. She was detained and abused. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and in view of the vulnerable status of the vital witness, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
