Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn my attention to the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court in connection with Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 2038-2039/2019 whereby the parties were given liberty to withdraw their cases against each other and also for taking all necessary and possible steps for withdrawal of all cases. Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, the instant application has been filed for withdrawal of the revisional application, being CRR 3406 of 2017. 2.

Learned advocate on behalf of the opposite party is also present.

In such circumstances, the revisional application, being CRR 3406 of 2017, stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The instant application, being CRAN 1 of 2024, stands disposed of.
