Learned advocate also submits that although, charge-sheet has been submitted, there has been no progress in the trial, as such, he prays that the petitioners may, on any stringent conditions, be released on bail.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary and draws the attention of the court to the seizure list. Learned advocate submits that huge recovery was effected from both the petitioners.

It has also been submitted that since one of the accused persons is absconding, the trial of the case could not proceed. However, steps are being taken for exhausting whole of the process of law.

Having considered the steps taken by State, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 2162 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. CD be returned to the learned advocate for the State.
