Affidavit of compliance filed by the alleged contemnor, Smt. Sujata Ghosh, the Managing Director, West Bengal Swarojgar Corporation Limited, is kept with the record. Exception thereto filed by the petitioners is also taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that several petitioners have not been paid their dues despite entitlement being recognized by the alleged contemnor. 3.

This Court is of the view that since there is substantial compliance of this Court's order, the petitioners may enforce their rights against the respondents in terms of the orders passed by the respondents in a fresh proceeding.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
