1. Mr. Mahata, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors produced instructions of the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Paschim Medinipur dated 31st January, 2024 along with the instructions contained an order dated 19th September, 2018 passed by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Paschim Medinipur declining the petitioners' prayer for solatium and interest thereon.

2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that he has not been communicated with the order by the respondents.

3. Since the order has been communicated today, this Court does not find any contempt by the respondents.

4. In that view of the matter, CPAN 1058 of 2018 shall stand disposed of.

5. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
