There is no illegality in the impugned order. It is contended on behalf of the state that the opposite parties may abscond. We are not inclined to cancel the bail but in view of the apprehension expressed, we direct that opposite party nos. 1 to 6 shall meet the Officer-in-Charge, Amdanga P.S once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

With the aforesaid direction application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
