The learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor has placed before this court the decision of the District Panchayat and Rural Development Officer, Murshidabad dated 21st September, 2023 and the same is taken on record. It has been submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor that the order dated 21st August, 2023 has been complied with.

Having perused the order dated 21st September, 2023 passed by the District Panchayat and Rural Development Officer, Murshidabad it

appears that the order of the Coordinate Bench dated 21st August, 2023 has been complied with and accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of and the contempt proceedings stand dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps in accordance with law against the order dated 21st September, 2023.
