The present revisional application has been preferred praying for return of articles seized in connection with G.R. Case No. 4836 of 2022, arising out of Chatterjeehat P.S. Case No. 162 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022 under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the D.P. Act.

It appears from the materials in the case diary that the 'streedhan' articles has been returned to the de facto complainant and, as such, the present revisional application has now become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3982 of 2023 is disposed of as 'infructuous'.

All connected Applications, if any, stand disposed of. 5.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Copy of this judgment be sent to the learned Trial Court for necessary compliance.
