Mr. Hossain, Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner submits that the respondent authorities are inclined to consider her representation and the learned advocate has been allowed to file a Vakalatnama before the concerned authority for the purpose of getting the representation heard.

Mr. Dey, learned counsel appears on behalf of the State authority.

In the circumstances, let the representation dated August 29, 2022 be disposed of by the Chairman, Public Service Commission, West Bengal, the respondent no.2 by eight weeks from date upon giving a personal hearing to the petitioner or any Advocate appointed by her. In the event, Vakalatnama

duly signed by the writ petitioner is filed before the authority concerned, let a reasoned order be intimated to the petitioner within two weeks of passing thereof.

With the directions aforesaid WPA 24528 of 2022 is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been invited in the present writ petition, all the allegations contained therein are deemed not to have been admitted by the parties.
