1. Heard learned Counsels for the petitioner.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the extent and nature of the dispute and involvement of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and having regard to the role as regards to the present petitioner of physically assaulting the wife of the de facto complainant and the medical report corroborates injury sustained by such physical assault, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
