The writ petition is taken up for hearing pursuant to the order dated 23rd December, 2021 when Ms. China, learned advocate appears on behalf of the writ petitioner.

This Court has also perused the report dated 5th January, 2022 of Assistant Registrar -VIII wherefrom it appears that the administrative notices were sent to the petitioner. Today matter is heard in presence of the learned advocate of the writ petitioner and Howrah Municipal Corporation is represented by Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate. It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner by Ms. China that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed.

In view of such submission nothing remains to be decided on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition and the connected

applications, if pending, stand disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
