1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner participated in the 2nd State Level Selection Test, 2025. He, however, failed to indicate the details of his past experience in his application form.

3. The petitioner claims that he is working in the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Prayer has been made to direct the authority to take into consideration his past experience as teacher.

4. Learned senior counsel representing the Commission submits that as the petitioner did not fill in the details of his past experience, accordingly, the same could not be counted.

5. Further, it has been submitted that if the petitioner applies before the Commission by tomorrow (5th November, 2025) and appears before the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission on 6th November, 2025 at 11 A.M. with all documents to show that he served as a teacher in the subject school against a sanctioned vacancy, then the Commission shall take into consideration the past teaching experience of the petitioner.

6. The petitioner is, accordingly, granted leave to make proper online representation before the Commission mentioning all facts and figures by tomorrow (5th November, 2025). If such an application is made, the Commission shall take into consideration the prayer of the petitioner and if all the documents are found to be in order, then the marks allocated for past teaching experience be awarded to the petitioner.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
