Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police complaint was lodged 24 years after marriage. The victim committed suicide. No suicide note was recovered. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the incident occurred on October 30, 2022. Investigations are at a nascent stage.

Apparently, the death occurred at the matrimonial home with the husband being present at the place of occurrence in the sense that he was in the next room.

The petitioner is the husband.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 5210 of 2022 is dismissed.
