1. Heard learned Counsels for the petitioners.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the extent and nature of the dispute and involvement of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and also having regard to the statement of the injured directly implicates the petitioner and that the injury is grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
