Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been unnecessarily entangled in an investigation pertaining to a complaint lodged by the private respondent against certain persons who allegedly impersonated the employees of Umang Business Consultant Private Limited and duped the complainant of several lakhs of rupees in the garb of providing i Phone 17 Pro to him. The petitioner seeks fair and proper investigation.

Since the FIR has been registered and investigation is in progress, the Investigating officer is directed to conduct the investigation in a fair, proper, unbiased and impartial manner and take the same to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
