Mr Chakraborty, learned advocate representing the Enforcement Directorate, hands over a copy of an order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench dated May 6, 2022 stating that the first petitioner-company, Bengal India Global Infrastructure, has already been dissolved. Let a copy of the order furnished in court be taken on record.

In my view, the petitioners are not interested to pursue the writ petition any more.

The writ petition is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

Consequently, the application - CAN No.1 of 2018 (old CAN No.7071 of 2018) is also dismissed.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
