Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was involved in the offence of murder and robbery. Trial is in progress.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

We request the trial court to consider the issue of framing of charge on the next date fixed before it and if it is unable to do so, positively within two months thereof and thereafter to take the matter to its logical conclusion at the earliest without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
