Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned garnishee notice dated 9th March, 2022 against the petitioner and petitioner also seeks relief of direction upon the revisional board for expeditious disposal of the petitioner's revisional application pending before them. Petitioner in support of its case made out in this writ petition, has relied on a Division Bench judgment of this Court dated 12th July, 2022 in MAT No.837 of 2022 in the case of Lohia Jute Press Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition being WPA 24537 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the revisional board concerned to consider and expeditiously dispose of the revisional

application pending before them preferably within two months from the dated of communication of this order and in the meantime, till the disposal of such revisional application, there shall be stay of the aforesaid impugned garnishee notice dated 9th March, 2022 and accordingly the legal consequence will follow.
