This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of a partition suit being Title Suit No.210 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur.

Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed, direction for prior service of notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused the materialon-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur to dispose of Title Suit No.210 of as

expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

CO 3782 of 2025 stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
